Hackyoung Bae

Hackyoung Bae is an Associate Professor in the Department of Strategic Studies and currently serves as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the National Security College, Korea National Defense University (KNDU). He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Florida State University. His primary research interests focus on future warfare, autonomous weapon systems, artificial intelligence, and maritime strategy. Recent publications include studies on K-JADC2 implementation, sovereign AI platforms, and the impact of unmanned systems on naval power.
