The Army announced that it will hold the 2026 Ground Forces Festival from October 1 to 5 around the Gyeryongdae runway in Gyeryong-si, Chungcheongnam-do. Under the theme 'The Army that protects the people's daily lives,' the event will feature exhibitions, demonstrations, performances, and hands-on programs allowing the public to experience the present and future of the Army as it advances through science and technology. A total of 75 programs will be offered, including an Army TIGER+ drone and robot combat demonstration showing future battlefield combat methods and manned-unmanned combined combat system operations.
