Chong Hoon Park

As head of the Korea and Japan research team at Standard Chartered Korea, Chong Hoon Park is in charge of providing in-depth analyses of the Korean and Japanese economies. He joined Standard Chartered Korea in 2009. Previously, Park was head of telecom policy research at the Korea Information Society Development Institute, and head of corporate strategy and new business at SK Broadband (formerly Hanaro Telecom). Park received a BSc in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, an MBA from George Washington University and a Ph.D. in economics specializing in international economics and development from Northwestern University.
