Voters will elect mayors and governors across 17 metropolitan and provincial jurisdictions, heads of 226 basic-level municipalities, and members of metropolitan and municipal councils, along with education superintendents. The elections will also coincide with parliamentary by-elections in constituencies where National Assembly seats become vacant ahead of the vote between March 1, 2025 and April 30, 2026.
