The talks, originally set for Fridayin Washington, were to include South Korean finance minister Koo Yun-cheol, trade minister Yeo Han-koo and their U.S. counterparts, including Bessent and U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer. Seoul said it received the postponement notice just an hour before Koo was scheduled to depart, prompting the finance chief to cancel his trip at Incheon International Airport.
