The three-day talks follow a first round held earlier this month and come after ministerial-level consultations between the two countries on the sidelines of the APEC Trade Ministers’ Meeting. According to South Korea’s trade ministry, the talks will cover six key areas: balanced trade, non-tariff measures, economic security, digital trade, rules of origin and commercial considerations.
