The probe, requested by steelmaker POSCO, covers flat-rolled stainless steel from the first three countries and cold-rolled stainless steel from Vietnam. In a separate meeting, the commission also investigated alleged patent and design infringements involving a pneumococcal vaccine, hair dryer curling heads and lithium batteries.
