Seoul's trade commission holds hearings on imports from four Asian countries following major steelmaker’s plea
South Korea’s trade commission held public hearings on Wednesday regarding an anti-dumping investigation into stainless steel products from China, Indonesia, Taiwan and Vietnam. The probe, requested by steelmaker POSCO, covers flat-rolled stainless steel from the first three countries and cold-rolled stainless steel from Vietnam.
In a separate meeting, the commission also investigated alleged patent and design infringements involving a pneumococcal vaccine, hair dryer curling heads and lithium batteries.
