South Korea secures energy and infrastructure partnerships, but Turkmen power struggle and economic woes raise concern
South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol completed a state visit to Turkmenistan on Monday and Tuesday, where he met with Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
