South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo has initiated an extensive European tour to foster and reinforce bilateral relations with France, Denmark, Croatia and Greece. Han will meet with the prime ministers of these nations, emphasizing cooperation across defense exports, shipbuilding, green energy, health, science and technology. Han’s visit to Paris aligns with the 2030 World Expo symposium. His visit to Croatia will also mark the most high-profile visit from Seoul since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Concurrently, the National Assembly begins its audit of several ministries, the Supreme Court and the Prime Minister’s Office through parliamentary audits. These audits, scheduled from Oct. 10 to 27, assume greater importance as they will be the last to occur before April’s general elections.
