Latin American ambassadors expressed their support for South Korea’s defense initiatives and commitment to revitalizing defense and security collaboration. Additionally, Lee sought Latin American support for South Korea’s bid to host the Busan World Expo 2030 and emphasized the crucial role of Latin American ambassadors in fostering defense and security cooperation between the two regions.
