As South Korea and Japan become more engaged in regional security issues and the U.S. potentially expands similar integrated command models, the move will likely provoke reactions from China, Russia and North Korea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A combined U.S.-ROK-Japan partnership has the potential to become a formidable force in the Indo-Pacific.
